Strengthening our commercial team
We are delighted to announce the addition of three new senior team members to our commercial team. These appointments will support our growth strategy and strengthen our delivery capability. Read below to get an insight into our new team members.
Nils Engstad – Senior Customer Success Manager
Nils will work with our customers as a Senior Customer Success Manager, he brings a wealth of management consultancy experience. During his last role he had been working as a management consultant at Accenture specializing in the utilities and energy sector, supporting clients with everything from strategy development, change journeys to technology implementations. Nils graduated from Linköping University with a masters degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. Nils will be based in Stockholm, Sweden supporting customers globally.

Joscha Köllner - Sales Director DACH & Eastern Europe
Joscha will lead sales for DACH & Eastern Europe, he brings over 15 years of energy experience in the software industry. He has held serveral senior leadership positions from Business Development, Consulting, Strategy to Sales. Joscha is an expert in the Energy IoT environment and has worked within the energy industry over the last decade to solve the challenges of increasing decentralisation of energy supply, electromobility, and smart grids.

Sören Lubitz – Senior Customer Success Manager
Sören will lead the delivery of our solutions to our customers. He brings extensive Energy IoT experience. He has held several leadership positions from Software Architect, Team Lead, Product Owner and Project Lead. In his last role he worked as an Onboarding Project Lead for a SaaS company where he was responsible for strategic large scale international customers. Sören graduated from Dresden University of Technology in Germany with a Computer Science degree and will be based in Germany.
